Our Project Manager/ Architect recommended Tri-State Office Furniture. Bill Toskey has been great to work with. He listened to what we described as to what we were looking for and came up with the perfect options. The costs have been well within our budget, but the quality and appearance of the furnishings is beautiful! Bill has also been very accommodating regarding last minutes requests such as keys for some locks and additional panels for our work stations. I asked for additional furniture, he had the quote to me the same day!

First-Rate Experience

Our experience with Tri-State was first-rate from start to finish. They offered higher quality new and used furniture at better prices than other places we checked. Plus, their service was excellent, from the office staff to our salesman, Bill, who visited our office and came up with a layout for our new furniture that would maximize our space and optimize our workflow. We went to the showroom and Bill walked us through several options. He gave good recommendations and showed and explained the price differences and advantages of different styles, which really helped us make informed decisions. The furniture was delivered as scheduled, even on one of the worst weather days in winter. The guys who delivered and set up the furniture, Tim and Steve, were very friendly and professional. They took great care not to damage anything or disrupt business more than necessary. They were very quick and efficient. Also, when we spotted some scuffs and scratches on the corners of one of the pieces, Steve buffed them out for us. They moved some existing pieces of furniture to different places in the office for us, and also were kind enough to hang a white board that none of us had the tools to do! Ours is a small company and we hope to keep growing. As we do, we’ll keep going back to Tri-State for our office furniture!

Extremely Professional

Hi Ed, I am just sitting here thinking about the week’s events, and your guys…and I really feel the need to provide some feedback.

I can’t say enough about Ben…he hustled (really hard) and got the job done in record time. He directed his crew very well, and it was very apparent that they respected him. They worked hard, and one of them even said that ‘everything he learned, he learned from Ben’, and that he was the best. That’s huge, in my mind, for one of his crew to say that about him.

Ben was extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout the day – every day. He alerted me when they were going to lunch, when they were going to unload a truck, etc. He even called me one morning because he was stuck in traffic and was going to be a few minutes late.

Ed,  I just had another office refurnished this week and once again your delivery and set-up guys exceeded my expectations.  They are always professional, prompt, knowledgeable and ready to help.  The quality and pricing on the furnishings is great too.  You can’t even tell when a piece is previously owned.

Our whole experience with Tri-State was positive from beginning to end.

The conference table and chairs we ordered from Tri-State Office Furniture arrived last Friday, and I had to let you know how beautiful they are.  Frankly, we figured that the table couldn’t possibly be as nice as it appeared in the pictures you sent us and we were fully prepared for a little letdown.  Didn’t happen. If anything, the “real thing” looked even better than the pictures!

Our office looks great!

In late 2012, we decided to embark on a major office renovation that would involve demolition of all closed disjointed spaces to create an open concept office environment for a professional services firm. With a recommendation from our building management company, we contacted Tri-State to learn about their services and product lines.

We were in excellent hands as Ed introduced us to Tri-State, invited us to tour their local warehouse, reviewed available product, and introduced us to other members of Tri-State’s professional staff.

Holly did a wonderful job of laying out our space and helping us with color selections.  Ed was able to source workstations that met our requirements and budget constraints and Bobby and his staff did a great job of installing the work stations, meeting our tight schedule requirements.  We want to thank Ed and his entire staff for a job well done.  Our office looks great!
